Wilson was a fitness model when she entered the world of sports entertainment during the late 90s. Her entry into this industry was a result of an WCW backstage appearance with her boyfriend who was then ex-boyfriend. She ended up accompanying Scott Steiner to the ring, and stayed working in the ring for close to a decade following that. Wilson's athleticism as well as her love of entertainment meant she was a perfect match for WWE during one of the industries' most significant eras. Wilson's close relationship with Stacy Kibler, her opponent and sometimes a friend was a key character in the WCW's assault on WWE. Wilson, who had fought the WCW invasion, became an integral component of WWE's Women's Division, involved in memorable battles with Keibler Sable, and Melina. And even Dawn Marie, who was an egregious foe of her family had to be defeated.
